Having spent a year or so without a proper exercise programme I decided that one would benefit me and so asked Karolina Kaczor for some help in devising an exercise programme specific to my needs. On reaching the age of 65 I realised that it was time to get myself into better shape for the years ahead. I have read about muscle wastage and general decline as we get older and finally decided it was time to act. I had not been in a gym for over 25 years. Karolina gave me the initial induction to the gym to demonstrate the basics of using the equipment, and I then signed up for some private sessions for Karolina to tailor a set of exercises for me and to get me started in the right direction.
