Hi, I’m Karolina, your local personal trainer and Mind-Body Coach with a lifelong passion for movement and fitness. It all began in my early years and truly took shape during university, where I studied chemistry and discovered competitive sport aerobics. That passion quickly turned into a career. In 2002, at the age of 23, instead of pursuing a career in Biotechnology as per my education, I became certified exercise to music and spin instructor, working in various fitness clubs in my hometown of Gdańsk, Poland and never looked back.
After moving to the UK in 2004, I joined David Lloyd in Fulham, where I trained as a Les Mills instructor in Power Pump and Body Step. Around that time, I also qualified as a personal trainer and fell in love with weight training, a turning point that shaped the next chapter of my career.
Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients in Fulham and Chelsea, both independently and in boutique studios, helping people achieve goals ranging from muscle building and weight loss, to body shaping, posture improvement, recovery after injuries and overall fitness. I also became interested in human behaviour and the mindset sport performance.
In 2010, I took on a new challenge, competitive bodybuilding. With dedication, rigorous training, and support from some of the best coaches in the industry, I earned second place in the UKBFF Body Fitness category in 2012. However, the extreme demands of the sport took a toll, leading to falling out of love with training and an unhealthy relationship with food and body image.
Experiencing burnout, disordered eating, and weight fluctuations led me to seek ways to heal my relationship with food, body and fitness. Over time, I developed a more holistic approach to eating, movement, and self-care, one that focused on balance, awareness, and compassion rather than restriction. Drawing on my expertise as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, nutrition therapist, and personal trainer, I created a mindful and integrated approach to health and wellbeing. This ultimately evolved into a coaching program designed to help others overcome similar struggles with food and body, and to rediscover joy and confidence in movement and training.
In 2020, I moved to the peaceful village of Edlesborough with my partner Matt, where we’re raising our son James. We’ve become part of the local gym committee, helping to choose the right equipment and shape a supportive training environment for the community.
I believe in training smart, not just hard, and in finding the right mix of intensity, recovery, and enjoyment. Whether you're just starting out, coming back from injury, or aiming for specific goals, I’m here to guide you with a tailored, empathetic, and effective plan that fits your life and body.
